Wilmington Restaurant Week


Wilmington Restaurant Week is back for 8 days of culinary delights!

Bluewater will be offering a special fixed price, 3-course dinner to our port city diners during restaurant week which will run from April 4 through April 11.



First Course

Smoked Salmon Dip
Smoked Norwegian salmon, mixed with cream cheese, Greek yogurt, fresh dill and lemon, and served with crostini and sliced cucumber

Roasted Vegetable Bruschetta
Roasted eggplant, tomatoes, red onion and zucchini, diced and mixed with garlic and olive oil, and served on crostini

Second Course

Chicken Paillard
Grilled chicken breast, marinated in lemon, olive oil and Greek spices, served over lemon orzo, and topped with arugula tossed in lemon
Dijon vinaigrette and Asiago cheese

Shrimp and Grits
Jumbo shrimp, sautéed with pancetta, mushrooms, Cajun spices, white wine and fresh cream, served over a fried Asiago herb grit cake

Penne with Roasted Eggplant and Tomatoes
Penne pasta, tossed with roasted eggplant, tomatoes, garlic, oregano and olive oil, and topped with feta cheese

Third Course

Coconut Carrot Cake
Rum-Raisin Bread Pudding
