Restaurant Week Makes it’s Way to Wrightsville Beach
Encore Magazine has officially announced it is introducing a Wrightsville Beach Restaurant Week and Bluewater is proud to be participating! Wrightsville Beach restaurant week will kick off on October 23 and run for 7 days through October 30. We’ll be offering a special 3-course pre-fixe menu of plates you can’t find on our regular dinner menu, so you better plan to join us to savor these amazing dishes.

CURRIED BUTTERNUT SQUASH BISQUE
finished with crème fraiche and roasted pepitas
SHAVED BRUSSELS SPROUTS AND KALE SALAD
tossed in our honey mustard vinaigrette with warm bacon lardons, dried cranberries, pecans and Parmesan Reggiano cheese
Second Course – Choose One:
CAJUN FISH AND GRITS
blackened NC farm-raised catfish served over creamy stone ground cheese grits with a light Cajun cream sauce
MAPLE-BRINED PORK CHOP
10-ounce bone-in pork chop brined in maple syrup and grilled. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and topped with tomato bacon jam
¼ chicken marinated in fresh herbs and roasted; finished over flame and basted with lemon rosemary olive oil. Served with garlic mashed potato and chef’s vegetable.
