Mark your calendars! Wilmington Restaurant Week, rescheduled from Hurricane Florence is scheduled for January 23 through February 3rd!

Get ready and come hungry to enjoy a delicious three-course menu at Bluewater Waterfront Grill! Our culinary team put together some amazing and flavorful dishes we can’t wait for everyone to try. Restaurant Week Three-course Menu

Appetizers (choose one)

Maryland Crab Soup

Fresh lump crabmeat simmered with tomatoes, cabbage, potatoes and string beans in a spicy broth.

Intracoastal Salad

Romaine lettuce, mandarin oranges, dried cranberries, blue cheese crumbles and candied walnuts with your choice of dressing.

Entrees (choose one)

Linguini with Mussels

Fresh Prince Edward Island mussels sautéed with tomatoes, garlic, white wine, basil and crushed red pepper and tossed with linguini.

Grilled Pork Chop 

A oz French-cut pork chop grilled and topped with apple, bacon and onion chutney.  Served over mashed potatoes and chef’s vegetable.

Chicken Madeira  

Two grilled chicken breasts topped with a Madeira wine and mushroom sauce with sundried tomatoes and fresh basil.  Served over lemon orzo with chef’s vegetable.

Dessert  (choose one)

Maple Bourbon Crème Brulee

Creamy maple custard infused with Kentucky bourbon, topped with caramelized sugar and fresh whipped cream.

Flourless Chocolate Cake

Topped with fresh raspberry coulis and whipped cream.
