The LM Restaurants family of brands has been proud to support the North Carolina Azalea Festival for over eight years. This year, we are happy to announce a collaboration bringing a new and exciting Chef Dinner Series to Festival Week. A four course dinner, combined with wine pairings, will be held at Hops Supply Co., Oceanic Restaurant at the Crystal Pier, and Bluewater Grill showcasing the culinary talent of our executive chefs and culinary team.

Bluewater Grill is excited to be hosting a Chef Dinner Series with the NC Azalea Festival on Friday, April 9th. An exceptional dinner menu has been crafted by Executive Chef Jeff Scott.

Join Festival family and Queen Azalea for a four course meal with wine pairings. Tables are available for purchase – tables of two, four, or six people through the Azalea Festival ticketing office.

First Course

Grilled Peach Salad

Prosciutto, burrata, arugula, balsamic

 Paired with Astoria Pinot Grigio

Second Course

Crab-Encrusted Grouper

Lemon risotto, wilted baby spinach

Paired with Sileni Chardonnay 

Third Course

Smoked Duck Breast

Almond smoke, black cherry reduction, sunchoke puree, broccolini

Paired with Dona Paula Smoked Red Blend

Fourth Course

White Chocolate Torte

with raspberry compote

Paired with Risata Sparkling Rose
