Field Green Salad
Baby field greens, crispy pancetta, candied walnuts, apples and blue cheese crumbles with a rose’ champagne vinaigrette.
Roasted Tomato Bisque
A classic roasted tomato bisque finished with parmesan croutons and crème fraiche.
Pan Seared Parmesan Scallops
Four jumbo sea scallops crusted with parmesan and seared. Served over angel hair pasta with lemon butter and fried capers.
An 8oz hand cut filet of beef char-grilled and topped with Maine lobster and hollandaise. Served with white truffle mashed potato and asparagus.
Pan Seared Magret Duck Breast
An 8oz duck breast pan seared and sliced. Topped with a pinot noir shitake glace and served with roasted root vegetables and asparagus.
Pistachio Encrusted Swordfish
Sauteed and topped with a tomato coulis. Served over lemon orzo with asparagus.
Crème Brulee Cheesecake
The lightest of cheesecake mingled with the essence of a classic crème brulee. Served with whipped crème and berries.
Tuxedo Truffle Cake
Chocolate marble cake layered with white and dark chocolate mousse and chocolate ganache. Served with whipped crème and fresh berries.
